Age & category:

The reference date for the age for all categories is January 1st of the current year.

So for example, if you turn 24 on January 2nd, your age for that year still will be 23.

 

Score draw:
If 2 or more athletes have the same score, the athlete with the higher points at the comparison round goes higher in the ranking.

Tattoos and Plastic surgery:

Tattoos and Plastic surgery are not consistent with the classic philosophy of FNBB. These can lead to the deduction of points on the final score.

Tanning:

As artificial tanning only the official FNBB Tanning is allowed. This can be purchased at our competition or via email. Incorrect tanning can lead to disqualification.

Bikini & Shoes:

Female athletes are invited to forward their bikini and shoes via email to be checked by the head judge. At the subscription on the day of the competition it is mandatory to present them for approval from the head judge or a jury member.

Specifics:

The Bikini slip needs to cover 50% of the glutes - no strings.

Mandatory high heels, not higher than 12 cm measured at the end of the heel. The sole must not be higher than 1 cm, so no platform shoes. The toes need to be visible/free.

Fit Woman (Master):

One piece swimsuit (open at the abs, sides and/or back is preference of the athlete - no string allowed). No shoes allowed. Jewelery is choice of the athlete.

Posing Slips/ Trunks:

The allowed posing slips for Bodybuilding participants have a classic width of about 8 cm at the hip. The official FNBB posing slips can be purchased at our competitions or online via email. They are available in the colours red, yellow, black, silver and blue and in the sizes S, M, L (It is possible to try those for correct fitting after the subscription on the day of the competition). The price for those is 35,- EUR.

The allowed posing trunks for Fitness Model participants need to end 4 to 10 cm above the knee. Sponsor names are not allowed and if they are visible they need to be covered.

FNBB Tanning is a Creme-Tan customized and produced for FNBB.

The Creme-Tan is waterbased, so that you can easily wash it off your skin and clothes. We only allow this tan on our competitions.

The price is 40,- € per 100ml can.

Ingredients:

aqua, parrafisum liquidum, petrolatum, mica, iron oxide, lanolin, glycerin, polybutene, polyglyceryl-3 diisostearate, propylene glycol, glycerol dibehenate, tribehenin, glyceryl behenate, magnasium sulfate, sodium chloride, C.I.77491, C.I.77499.

Bodybuilding

Symmetric/ harmonic muscular physique where separations and muscular condition are clearly visible.

The overall package needs to be in proportion and with a classic look.

 

Competition rules
Athletes will be judged in 2 different rounds.
The total score of the 2 rounds (lowest = highest in result) will determine the winner.

1st Round - Posing Routine

The duration of the choreography is 60 to 90 seconds.
Each jury member will give a personal score of 1 to 3 points for the posing routine of each athlete.
1 - Excellent posing
2 - Good posing
3 - Posing needs improvement

2nd Round symmetry/comparisons + muscular poses (8)
Each jury member will give a personal score from first to last. In this round the athletes will turn in quarters (front, side, back, side) according to the instructions of the speaker/head judge.
In this round the symmetry and the lines of the athletes will be judged.
Then in the same round the athletes will show 8 mandatory poses according to the instructions of the speaker/ head judge (front lats spread, side chest, back lats spread, side triceps, front double biceps, back double biceps, abdominals and legs, most muscular pose).
In this round, the muscular physique, the muscular condition, the overall look (total image) and the stage behavior will be assessed.
At the end of the 2nd round, all athletes will stay on stage for the ”pose-down” entertainment show (a few minutes), which will not count towards the score.

All jury members will hand over the 2 forms with scores to the accountant.

Complete line-up will be formed on stage. Front is semi-relaxed pose allowed.
2. Athletes leave the stage and will come back one by one according to the number sequence to show the free routine posing (60-90 seconds).

Participants in Talent Bodybuilding, Junior Bodybuilding and Master Bodybuilding are also allowed to participate in their own weight class.

Fitness Model

Well-proportioned athletic physique, with elegant lines and a marked "V-Shape".

A strong abdominal core and stage personality are necessary too.

These characteristics will  prevail in the judgment respect to an excessively 

hypertrophic physique or one overly defined.

 

Since this is a Model category, the beauty of the face and its 

expressivity its also important to determine the final ranking.

1st Round - Posing Routine

The duration of the choreography is 60 seconds.

In this round the athletes will turn in quarters (front, side, back, side) according to the instructions of the speaker/head judge. In this round the symmetry and the lines of the athletes will be judged. Then in the same round the athletes will show 4 mandatory poses according to the instructions of the speaker/ head judge (front double biceps, side triceps, back double biceps, abdominals). In this round, the muscular physique, the muscular condition, the overall look (total image) and the stage behavior will be assessed. At the end of the 2nd round, all athletes will stay on stage for the ”pose-down” entertainment show (a few minutes), which will not count towards the score.

Fit Woman

A feminine body , sinuous and fit with stage appearance and  a natural look.

 

Competition rules

Bikini Classic/ Junior

Harmonic and aesthetic physique with a sinuous line, accompanied by a good physical shape and an athletic muscle tone. The muscular development of this physique will have strong glutes and well-developed legs along with a good V-Shape.

The femininity of the athlete is very important for the purposes of the final judgment.

A beautiful face, stage presence and elegance of pose are necessary since this is still a model category.

Athletes will be judged in 2 different rounds.
The total score of the 2 rounds (lowest = highest in result) will determine the winner.

The duration of the choreography is 60 seconds.

Bikini Power

The athletes of the "Bikini Power" have a more impressive  physicality that needs not to compromise its femininity, but rather to highlight it within a stronger  muscular shape.

In this category the muscular  development needs to  be more marked than in the Classic category. 

The harmony of the body will remain crucial and therefore the proportions of the muscle districts.

 

Competition rules
Athletes will be judged in 2 different rounds.
The total score of the 2 rounds (lowest = highest in result) will determine the winner.

1st Round - Posing Routine

The duration of the choreography is 60 to 90 seconds. The routine can be preformed with or without shoes.
Each jury member will give a personal score of 1 to 3 points for the free routine choreography of the athlete.
1- Excellent posing
2 - Good posing
3 - Posing needs improvement
The free routine can be performed according to the T-walk or as a choreography.

2nd round symmetry / comparisons + muscular poses (4)
Each jury member will give a personal score from first to last. In this round the athletes will turn in quarters (quarterturns) according to the instructions of the speaker/ head judge.
In this round the symmetry and the lines of the athletes will be judged.
Then in the same round the athletes will show 4 mandatory poses according to the instructions of the speaker/ head judge (Front double biceps, side triceps, back double biceps, abdominal and legs). In this round, the muscular physique, the muscular condition, the overall look (total image) and the stage behavior will be assessed.
At the end of the 2nd round, all athletes will stay on stage for the ”pose-down” entertainment show (a few minutes), which will not count towards the score.

Elegant and a well balanced physique with a strong fit appearance  and a good muscular  condition. 

Stage charisma is very important too.
